what I’m trippin on is how come wayne doesn’t embrace his silly side publicly on his major releases.  only on drought 3 and in internet videos do we really get to see this.  in the recent GOSSIP performance at the BET awards he’s actin real hard.  and he pulls it off, he can do that well.  but i’m sayin you could do a real tough verse and then end it with some funny shit and you’re still tough.  Take for instance the end of the first verse on dough is what i got…drought 3.

It seems he REALLY REALLY wants a big hit and the money that goes along with that.  Lollipop may get to a point like that, but who of us really gives a fuck about lollipop.  If he came out with some real tough but real funny shit for the masses…it would go over famously and be universally accepted.  I guess some other prolific rappers have some funny shit…actually some REAL funny shit…but i’m talkin about that real goofy type shit that i only hear wayne on.
