It is being reported that Lil Wayne’s “The Carter III” sold 423,000 copies on his first day, putting him on track to sell around 900,000 copies during his first week, becoming the highest selling album this year. The year’s current top seller is Mariah Carey, who sold 443,000 in her first week.
